GARDEN GROVE, CA-Chapman University has submitted a $46 million bid to acquire a campus spanning 35 acres in Garden Grove. Crystal Cathedral Ministries, which filed for Chapter 11, is the owner of the campus that comprises seven buildings totalling 329,000 square feet.

As per its reorganization plan, the ministry plans to use the bidding amount to repay its bank loan and some other debts over a period of two years, and to lease back the properties on the campus. For the full story, go to Orange County Business Journal .
