GRAND PRAIRIE, TX-Baltimore-based Paragon Outlet Partners has scheduled a ground-breaking ceremony on July 8 2011 for Paragon Outlets Grand Prairie, an open-air shopping center measuring 420,000 square feet. The mall site is located at the junction of State Highway 360 on Interstate 20.
