RALEIGH, NC-GrayCo Inc. has acquired Woodfield Glen, a 233-unit apartment complex located on Glenwood Avenue in north Raleigh, for $28.5 million. Woodfield Investments was the seller of the property, which was 95% occupied in March 2011.

Woodfield Investments plans to construct a 255-unit high-end apartment building called Creekstone Apartments on a 15.8-acre Research Triangle Park site that it intends to purchase from GlaxoSmithkline.
