WICHITA, KS-Case and Associates Properties, a developer based in Tulsa, has purchased Huntington Park, an apartment complex at 1313 N. Maize Court in Wichita, for $10.7 million. As reported by The Wichita Eagle, Huntington Park LLC was the seller of the property. Mike Loveland, a Wichita-based developer, is the authorized agent of Huntington Park.
