PLEASANT PRAIRIE, WI-Gershman Brown Crowley Inc. has sold its Shoppes at Prairie Ridge, a shopping center located in Pleasant Prairie, to the Inland Real Estate Group of Companies for $23.8 million. The sale did not cover a Target department store spanning 126,600 square feet in the Shoppes, as Target Corp. is the owner of the store.
