SAN JOSE, CA-Multifamily Investment Partners LLC has acquired three apartment complexes totalling 101 apartments in Santa Clara and Mountain View for nearly $19.2 million. The properties are an apartment complex comprising 39 units called The Element at 3301 Homestead Road in Santa Clara, and two adjacent complexes in Mountain View close to the junction of Rengstorff Avenue and El Camino Real.
