BUFFALO-Manhattan Square LLC has purchased an apartment complex comprising 72 two-bedroom units called Manhattan Square Apartments for $2 million. The seven-building property is situated near Buffalo's Central Park neighbourhood along Manhattan Street. Families with low to moderate income are the residents of the complex.
