TEMPE, AZ-Parkway Properties Inc. has bought Hayden Ferry Lakeside I, an office building located on the south bank of Tempe Town Lake, for $39.4 million. The property, constructed in 2002, is occupied by 15 tenants. Cushman & Wakefield of Arizona's Chris Toci brokered the deal.
Crow Holdings bought the office property from its original developer, SunCor Development Co., for $53 million in 2005. The company then sold the property along with other properties to Arden Realty and G.E. Real Estate. For the full story, go to Phoenix Business Journal .
