MINNEAPOLIS-Regency Centers has acquired a 66,000-square-foot shopping center called Calhoun Commons in Minneapolis for $21 million. Doran Cos. was the seller of the center anchored by Whole Foods Market measuring 50,000 square feet.

Calhoun Commons is 100% occupied and its other tenants are Noodles & Co., Ben & Jerry's, Caribou Coffee and Chipotle Mexican Grill. Doran now owns Sydney Hall/Dinky Dome in Minneapolis and Silver Lake Village in St. Anthony. For the full story, go to Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal .
