HERTFORDSHIRE, UK-RO Developments has closed a new leasing deal with Asustek UK Limited at its Hemel One, an office building located at Boundary Way in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire. The technology firm has inked a lease for 8,901 square feet in the 10th floor of the 90,000-square-foot office building for 10 years for an annual rent of GBP 124,700. The deal also covers parking for 35 vehicles.
