BALTIMORE-Core Real Estate Investments has purchased an office building in Urbana for $38.2 million. Banner Life Insurance Co. operates its headquarters in the building spanning 116,000 square feet. The insurance firm is the sole tenant of the building and has leased it for 15 years.
Core Real Estate has also purchased a distribution facility in Milton, Pennsylvania, from ConAgra Foods for $28.5 million and a property in Creve Coeur, Missouri, from St. Luke's Urgent Care for $5.4 million. For the full story, go to Baltimore Business Journal .
