HONOLULU-Global Hospitality Group of Cushman & Wakefield Sonnenblick Goldman has organized a loan worth $47.5 million to acquire the Courtyard Waikiki Beach, a high-end hotel comprising 401 rooms in central Honolulu. Affiliates of Rockpoint Group, L.L.C. and Lodging Capital Partners were represented by Cushman & Wakefield in the transaction.
