WASHINGTON, DC-Douglas Development Corp. has secured a $150-million loan on its office tower located at 1155 F St. NW in Washington, DC. Home Depot, Target Corp., Facebook, Bryan Cave are some of the tenants of the 12-floor building measuring 250,000 square feet.

Jefferies LoanCore LLC offered the 10-year financing. Douglas Development's Norman Jemal stated that the company is in discussion to lease its lingering retail space of nearly 12,000 square feet, which will increase the property's occupancy over 90%.
