NEW YORK CITY-Legal firm Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton has inked a lease for 45,000 square feet of space in the Grace Building located at 1114 Avenue of the Americas. The company's current lease is for 22,500 square feet of space at 31 West 52nd Street.
At the 49-floor office tower co-owned by Brookfield Office Properties, the legal firm will lease a part of the 22nd floor and the whole 21st floor. Ken Ruderman of Studley brokered the deal for the tenant. For the full story, go to New York Observer .
