WASHINGTON, DC-In recent months, Washington, DC's Georgetown neighborhood has experienced a market revival, as several national retailers, including Calvin Klein, North Face and Rag & Bone, have opened their stores in the region. Brooks Brothers has inked a 20,000-square-foot lease to house its store that is scheduled for launch in September 2011.
