CHICAGO-Two industrial leases totaling over one million square feet have been signed by two major tech companies in Minooka and Romeoville. Electrolux has inked a deal to lease nearly 600,000 square feet or two-thirds of a 965,183-square-foot building located at 801 Midpoint Road in Minooka.
Samsung has inked a 650,000-square-foot lease at 160 Southcreek Parkway in Romeoville for seven years. In the deal, the tenant was represented by CB Richard Ellis, while Colliers International brokered for the owner, Pizzuti. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business .
