MIAMI-BayBridge Real Estate Group has completed the sale of a shopping center located at 195 SW 15 Road and 134 SW 13 St for $15.4 million. Publix is the anchor tenant of the shopping center measuring 38,913 square feet. The cap rate was nearly 5% on income in 2011.
