BOSTON-The Abbey Group plans to construct a 340,000-square-foot mixed-use complex at the former McDonald's restaurant site on Boylston Street close to Fenway Park. The company reported that the city officials had already approved the proposal in their preliminary meetings with the company.
The 16-floor complex will feature 11 floors of residential units, 3 floors of office units and 1 floor of retail units. The 210-unit residential part of the complex will occupy two towers. For the full story, go to Boston Business Journal .
