TROY, NY-Two office buildings owned by the city of Troy have attracted two bidders. The properties are the River Triangle located at 264-276 River Street and the Dauchy buildings situated at 275-283 River Street. River Street Holdings' David Bryce submitted an offer to purchase the two properties for a total price of $1.4 million.
