ARCADE, GA-Scottsdale, Arizona-based Walton Arcade Meadows, LLC proposes a mixed-use development comprising 3,800 homes called Arcade Meadows in Jackson County, Georgia. The company intends to utilize a 1,289-acre site off U.S. High 129 close to Arcade City Hall for the development, which also includes two elementary schools, stores and a research and office park.
