PHOENIX-Cole Real Estate Investments has acquired six office, retail and industrial properties for a total price of $119.6 million. The company paid $48.5 million to purchase three shopping centers in Florida. The properties are Riverside Center in St. Augustine, Century Town Center in Vero Beach and Nature Coast Commons in Tampa.

Cole paid $71.1 million to acquire the other three properties, which include Banner Life Insurance headquarters in Maryland, ConAgra Foods' warehouse facility in Pennsylvania and St. Luke's Urgent Care facility in Missouri. For the full story, go to Commercial Property Executive .
