HILDESHEIM, GERMANY-Developers of the new Arneken Galerie, a shopping mall being constructed in Hildesheim, have conducted a ceremony for achieving the highest point of the mall in July 5 2011. The three-level mall will have 90 rental units with a gross leasable area of 301,389 square feet. The complex will also feature a 400-vehicle multi-floor car park.
Arneken Galerie has already signed deals with major retailers including Triumph, Mustang, Esprit, Tom Tailor, Das Depot, DM-Drogerie Markt and Intersport Voswinkel. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
