MANSFIELD, MA-Davos Family Trust has purchased a retail plaza called Mansfield Marketplace in Mansfield from Hecht Development of Concord for $10.4 million. Todd Tremblay and Robert Horvath of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services negotiated the sale of the 23,840-square-foot property on behalf of the seller.
Pearle Vision, Friendly's, Sleepy's, AT&T Wireless, Chipotle, Radio Shack and Grill & Sushi are some of the tenants of the plaza. Hecht Development purchased the plaza's undeveloped site for $2.7 million in 2008. For the full story, go to Boston Business Journal .
