PORTLAND, OR-Equity Residential Properties Trust has traded its two apartment complexes located on the west side of Portland. The company sold its 288-unit complex called Country Gables located at 14900 S.W. Scholls Ferry Road in Beaverton to Holland Gables LLC for $29.3 million, which translates into $101,562 per apartment.
