CHICAGO-Farbman Group's affiliate has purchased an office building in West Loop for $13 million, a decrease of 21% from $16.5 million debt on the property. The 23-floor office property measuring 200,000 square feet is located at 205 W. Randolph Street.
Chicago-based lawyers Thomas R. Stilp and Joseph S. Messer were the seller of the property, which they bought for $20.6 million in 2005. CoStar Group reported that the property is 87% occupied.
