
NEW YORK CITY-Gyu-Kaku, a Japanese barbeque restaurant, has inked a lease for 5,000 square feet at 321 West 44th Street for 15 years. Asking rent for the space was $75 per square foot per year. Kushner Companies is the owner of the property. In May 2011, New York Beer Company inked a lease in the same building.
