NEW YORK CITY-The River School, a for-profit nursery school, has inked a lease for an 8,000-square-foot ground-floor space in a warehouse building located at 184 Kent Avenue in Williamsburg. The lease runs for 20 years. The school anticipates opening this fall or in the beginning of winter.
The top six floors of the building are apartments with a monthly rent of $4,000 for two-bedroom units and $2,000 for studios. The building also features a three-bedroom unit on the top floor. For the full story, go to Wall Street Journal .
