DENVER-Cushman & Wakefield Inc. has been appointed by Public Service Enterprises Group Inc. to market its 52-floor office tower located at 1801 California Street in Denver. The 1.3-million-square-foot tower could reach the market as early as August 2011 and might fetch between $200 million or $230 million. Cushman & Wakefield's brokers Mike Winn and Tim Richey will handle the marketing of the property.
