SCOTTSDALE, AZ-GE Capital Real Estate and Arden Realty Inc. has sold its Scottsdale Center office building located at 7373 N. Scottsdale Road in Scottsdale for $20.8 million. Newport Beach-based MIG Real Estate is the buyer of the office property spanning 164,000 square feet.
