DUSSELDORF, GERMANY-alstria office REIT-AG has inked a deal to acquire a German office portfolio of VastNed Offices/Industrial (VNOI). The total base consideration for the sale prices to nearly Euro85.6 million. The transactions are expected to be close during the third quarter of 2011.
The five-property office portfolio consists of three properties in Dusseldorf and two properties in Frankfurt. The total leasable area is 459,618 square feet. VNOI disposed the office portfolio as part of its renewed strategy. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
