HOUSTON-Mott MacDonald, an international engineering consulting firm, will expand its office space when it moves to The Reserve at Sierra Pines, a three-story building measuring 175,000 square feet in The Woodlands, in October. The company has signed a lease for 11,000 square feet at The Reserve at Sierra Pines.
