ABERDEEN, UK-Aerium, the European real property fund manager, has purchased iQ, a 125,500-square-foot Grade A office tower on Justice Mill Lane in Aberdeen, for GBP 50.1 million. The firm has acquired the newly developed office building on behalf of its UK trophy office fund, Glenn Arrow.
The property was developed by the Hazledene Group in 2010. It is fully leased to Wood Group and Centrica for 15 years. CBRE represented Aerium, while Donald Begg and Ryden assisted Hazledene in the deal. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
