PITTSBURGH-Al Neyer Inc., a real estate company based in Cincinnati, will carry out design-build construction services for a manufacturing facility measuring 100,000 square feet on Interstate 70 in Pittsburgh for Gardner Denver Nash LLC. The company will start the $9-million project in July.
