ATLANTA-Jamestown Properties, a private equity fund based in Germany, has purchased City Hall East for $27 million. The city of Atlanta inked a letter of intent with the fund on September 30 and the deal took months to complete.

Jamestown and Green Street Properties have plans to redevelop the 2-million-square-foot complex located at Ponce and North Avenue in Atlanta.
