MIAMI-Colliers International South Florida has been selected to lease Aventura Optima Plaza in Aventura. The firm has been chosen as the exclusive leasing agent for the 119,000-square-foot development at 21500 Biscayne Blvd.
Aventura Optima Plaza is expected to be completed in July 2012. After completion, the project will contain a four-story medical office building and a nine-story office tower.
