FLOWER MOUND, TX-Colony Realty Partners, a real estate investor based in Boston, has acquired an industrial complex in Flower Mound. The company purchased Corporate Ridge, a four-building complex spanning 478,000 square feet at 1200 Lakeside Parkway near State Highway 121, from Champion Partners.
