EDINBURGH-Cordea Savills has sold two student halls on behalf of Student Hall Fund and acquired a new project in Edinburgh. The international property fund manager has purchased the site in Sugar House Close for GBP 8.25 million and the site will be turned into a mixed-use development costing GBP 13.5 million.
The site will contain student accommodation. Cordea Savills has sold Neuadd Willis 1&2 in Bangor for GBP 16.25 million and Studios 51 in Birmingham for GBP 11.5 million to Knightsbridge Student Housing Ltd. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
