JACKSONVILLE, FL-D.W. Meyers Constructors Inc. has received a building permit to construct the new Chew restaurant at 1534 Oak St. in Five Points. The city of Jacksonville issued the building permit on July 8.
The $2.95-million project, which will include a three-story office and restaurant building measuring 15,197 square feet, will come up at the corner of Margaret and Oak. The Five Points building is expected to be completed by Q4 2012. For the full story, go to Jacksonville Business Journal .
