INDIANAPOLIS-Flaherty & Collins Properties will convert the 12-story south skyscraper at Sheraton Indianapolis Hotel & Suites located at Keystone Crossing into 129 apartments. The company started the $8.2-million conversion project last month.

The apartments, ranging from 487 to 1,225 square feet, will be available in the fall and the rent for the apartments will range from $800 to $1,550 per month.
