MEMPHIS-California-based French Village Apartments LP has sold Grahamwood Pointe Apartments, a 244-unit property at 4055 Summmer, to Grahamwood Place Apartment Community LLC, an investment company based in Memphis, for $2.8 million. The owner has plans to improve Grahamwood Pointe Apartments.
The property traded for $11,475 per unit. Lauren Jarrell of Triumph Bank arranged the financing for the deal, while Steve Woodyard with Woodyard Realty Corp. handled the sale. For the full story, go to Memphis Business Journal .
