JACKSONVILLE, FL-South Florida-based Isram Realty Group Inc. has purchased a Publix-anchored shopping center and a remote Burger King in Jacksonville from DMB Newey Joint Ventures. The company has acquired the 71,000-square-foot center on Merrill Road near State Road 9A for $7.5 million.
The property, developed by Jordan Ansbacher Realty in 1996, is 93% occupied. Isram also owns Wilson Square Shoppes on Wilson Boulevard and Monument Pointe Shopping Center at St. Johns Bluff and Monument roads in Jacksonville. For the full story, go to Jacksonville Business Journal .
