FORT LAUDERDALE, FL-Chicago-based Waterton Residential has recently purchased Lakeview Cove, a 224-unit apartment community near Northwest 62nd Street and Florida's Turnpike in North Lauderdale. The deal was closed on June 22 with a loan from Fannie Mae.
American Land Co. developed the Lakeview Cove property in 1997. The 10-building community contains 56 one-bedroom units, 156 two-bedroom units and 12 three-bedroom units.
