STAFFORD, UK-LXB Retail has picked two Stafford riverside sites for a GBP 70-million development. The two sites are located at the each side of the River Sow.

The main 4.75-acre site is currently used as car parking and the opposite 1.85-acre site is a vacant food store. In addition to the riverside sites, LXB is also planning to purchase the Kingsmead car park. The REIT will develop nearly 220,000 square feet of retail and 1200 car parking spaces on the sites.
