BALTIMORE-Telford Aviation Inc., a branch of ACC Holding Inc., has signed a lease for 11,160 square feet at the Aberdeen Proving Ground in Harford County. The defense contractor has leased the space at Government and Technology Enterprise, a 416-acre business park, being developed at APG by St. John Properties Inc., a developer based in Baltimore.
