BURLINGTON, MA-Lincoln Property Co. has brokered a new lease deal in Burlington. Arborway Imports, a wine importer, has signed a lease for 10,600 square feet of space at 141 Middlesex Turnpike, a flex building measuring 55,500 square feet in Burlington.
The 141 Middlesex Turnpike property is situated less than a mile from the Route 3 and Route 128 intersection. Rob Cronin with Lincoln Property Co. negotiated the lease deal on behalf of Arborway. For the full story, go to Boston Business Journal .
