MEMPHIS-CrescoAg LLC, a division of Cleveland, Mississippi-based Jimmy Sanders Inc., has signed a lease for 4,594 square feet of space at 88 Union Avenue, an office tower measuring 78,064 square feet in Downtown Memphis. The company will take the entire eight-floor space of the office building.
CrescoAg has moved closer to Jimmy Sanders, which opened an office at 456 Tennessee St. in 2010. Grant Ridgway and Don Drinkard of CB Richard Ellis Memphis brokered the transaction. For the full story, go to Memphis Business Journal .
