Shook & Fletcher has leased 25,000 square feet of office space at 211 37th Street North; Alpha Insulation & Water Proofing has leased 2,625 square feet of industrial space at 3746 4th Terrace Northing; and Hasan Yacoub has leased 5,500 square feet of industrial space at 617 Graymont Space Center.
