MUNICH-GI Partners' Elystan investment platform has purchased an office building measuring 226,041 square feet at Feringa Str. 10-12 in Munich Unterfohring from a joint venture between Drees & Sommer in Stuttgart and Stiller Immobilien in Frankfurt. The F10 building is one of the largest multi-tenanted office structures in Munich's North West submarket.
The property, developed in 2004, is 50% occupied. The deal was funded by capital provided by GI Partners Fund III LP and was backed by debt financing from HSH Nordbank. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
