SEATTLE-The old headquarters of Korry Electronics located at 901 Dexter Ave. N. in Seattle will be turned into an apartment complex. Vancouver, Washington-based Holland Partner Group, together with Capstone Partners LLC, recently started construction on the 284-unit apartment complex at Roy Street in the South Lake Union neighborhood of Seattle.
The complex will include 2,154 square feet of retail space. Holland purchased the land last month for $16.7 million from 901 Dexter LLC. The project will be opened in early 2013. For the full story, go to Puget Sound Business Journal .
