NEW YORK CITY-General Growth Properties has leased 19,900 square feet at the W.R. Grace Building, a 1.5-million-square-foot Class A office tower located at 1114 Sixth Avenue. As per the deal, the REIT based in Chicago will occupy the space on the 28th floor of the tower for 10 years.
